Description

“Hannari,” a word that originated in Kyoto, means calm elegance while cheerful and bright.

We strive to make Hannari a welcoming place where travelers can meet and interact while still being able to relax in a clean, organized, and comfortable environment.

We hope to provide our guests with a taste of Kyoto so that they can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

If you arrive before check-in or plan on sight-seeing after check out, we will gladly keep your luggage for you. Service available from 8am to 10pm.

Location

Directions from Kyoto Station by train (5mins Train + 15mins Walk)

(1) Take the LOCAL train from platform 32 or 33 and get off at NIJO station.
(2) Exit east, You will see GOLD GYM, Turn left and walk north up the main street (SENBON DORI)
(3) After about 7mins, You will see a convenience store(SUNKUS) by the coner of an intersection. Turn right onto the main street(MARUTAMACHI DORI)
(4) After about 5mins, and passing 3 traffic lights, turn left onto 1st sidestreet (HIGURASHI DORI) after the 3rd traffic light (MARUTAMACHI CHIEKOIN).
(5) Walk 2mins north passing a small cross road and you will find us on the left.

Direction from Kyoto Station by City Bus (20mins Bus + 5mins Walk)

(1) Leave Kyoto station through the main exit. You will see Kyoto tower behind the main bus terminal.
(2) Take bus No.9 or No.50 to HORIKAWA-SHIMADACHIURI.
(3) At the bus stop turn right onto the street by supermarket Fresco. Walk to the 6th sidestreet.
(4) Turn left and after a few seconds you will see us on the right.

Walk from Nijo Station
