This Internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to live and work in the heart of Spain and differentiate yourself from the millions of others entering the workforce each year. GVI's Professional International Internship program in Barcelona provides unique internship placements in a wide range of fields combined with a huge variety of cultural and travel opportunities within Spain.
On this "internship with a difference" run by GVI partners Corkscrew (a European Union accredited provider) you will gain experience in socially-minded business enterprise. You will learn about how business works internationally and gain cultural insights from working abroad as part of an international team.
Teamwork and leadership is a key part of this internship. Unlike most internships you will be living and working as a team throughout the internship. This means that on top of developing professional skills such as Marketing, Networking, Social Media, PR and Project management you will also develop inter-personal skills such as leadership, teamwork and cultural awareness.
Using the skills you are taught on the program, you work as a team on projects submitted by local social enterprises. This allows you to develop real experience working on critical projects for high profile organisations as well as the opportunity to see what life is like at the top end of social enterprise management. Networking opportunities come thick and fast.
