Our programs are designed so that our local and overseas staff are available 24 hours a day to support you in health and safety matters and enhance your study abroad experience. Through our planned activities and resident directors personal recommendations for activities you can undertake while abroad, you will be directed on a path of personal, academic, cultural, social, and professional discovery. Universidad Complutense is the largest university in Spain with some 90,000 students and 7,000 teaching and research staff. The university is centrally located in Madrid.

Madrid, the capital of Spain since 1561, is a cosmopolitan city of 3.2 million people, and covers a metropolitan area of 5 million people. Madrid is Spain's major business and financial center and home of many large Spanish and international companies in the Iberian Peninsula. It is also the seat of the government of Spain, and one of the liveliest cities in Europe, combining cultural and leisure activities for all tastes.

Summer students take a Language and Culture program. Students take 80 hours of Spanish Language. Students at the intermediate and above levels may also take 10-30 additional hours of culture courses. No previous language exprience is required.

Program Fees Include:

Program Fees include tuition, university and program administrative fees, excursions, accommodations, health insurance, ISIC card, and orientation. Fees include all pre-departure services such as: orientation materials, housing placements, personal advising, subject selections, liaise with your home university, credit transfer assistance, and financial aid services.
