Global Student Experience(GSE) offers Spanish Language and Culture Programs at the University of Barcelona. Established in 1450, the University of Barcelona has grown to a present day enrollment of over 76,000 students and stands as one of the most prestigious higher learning institutions in all of Europe. Official transcripts will be issued to each student on the program, and students can earn from 5-32 semester credits towards their current degree depending on the length of program and course-load taken.

The program fee includes pre-departure information, university tuition and course enrollment, an official transcript or certificate of completion issued by an accredited foreign university, host university services, housing in shared student apartments, internet connection, cultural immersion events, opportunities for volunteering and internships upon arrival, excursions, international mobile telephones, Onsite Program Directors, a GSE Onsite Office in Barcelona, introductory local transportation passes, mandatory health insurance coverage, arrival orientation, arrival and departure receptions, reentry support, and post-program evaluation.
