GSE students at Ecole Superieure du Commerce Exterieur participate in a course of study specifically designed for foreign students. If a student's French language skills are inadequate for placement in a French-language curriculum, many courses are also available in English. Official transcript issued by École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur, which issues ECTS credits and is recognized by the Ministry of Education in France as a Private Higher Learning Institution.

The program fee includes pre-departure information, university tuition and course enrollment, an official transcript or certificate of completion issued by an accredited foreign university, host university services, housing in shared student apartments or homestay, cultural immersion events, opportunities for volunteering and internships upon arrival, excursions, international mobile telephones, Onsite Program Directors, introductory local transportation passes, mandatory health insurance coverage, arrival orientation, arrival and departure receptions, reentry support, and post-program evaluation.
