Its villages will charm you, its scenery amaze you, and its children welcome you.

Ghana is often called the heart and soul of West Africa because of its welcoming, passionate, and peaceful people. It is a particularly important place, because it is where many African-Americans can trace their roots.

    * Hike to the tallest waterfall in West Africa
    * Volunteer at a village primary school
    * Learn traditional African dance and percussion
    * Learn about social issues facing women and children

Some may say that changing the world is a hefty goal. But at Global Leadership Adventures, we believe that you have the power and compassion to make this old world of ours a much better place! That's why we offer service-learning excursions to Africa, Asia, and Latin America for students like you who want to make a lasting impact and learn how to be global citizens capable of positive change.
