Life-Changing Community Service Programs Abroad for High School Students

Global Leadership Adventures (GLA) offers community service learning programs in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Programs focus on volunteering and learning about grassroots social movements. Program themes include working with children, protecting wildlife and the environment, international relations, healthcare, poverty alleviation, and political-economic issues. On the weekends, students engage in exciting excursions to places of cultural or historical significance.

GLA is a a leader in the field of international high school summer programs. We have sent over a thousand students abroad and have been featured in the New York Times, Boston Globe and other major media outlets.
