You will also gain self-confidence, improve your Spanish and be able to live in a different working environment whilst learning new skills from participating in different projects.

Qualifications

* 18 years old
* Finished high school
* College or university studies (finished or not)
* Flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and sensitivity towards other cultures, ways of life and conception of work.
* Interest in taking part actively in the host organization and integrating in the daily life of the host country.
* Willingness to be useful to the host organization through the tasks assigned and to contribute to the improvement of the organization.
* Commitment to respect the regulations of the program and the rules and protocol of the host organization.
* Commitment to the agreed start and end dates of the program.
* Intermediate level of Spanish that guarantees the communication with the local people and the successful development of the program.

Important: in case of not having the required level of Spanish, the participants can take a course before the beginning of the internship program.
