We offer friendly, clean, comfortable Bed and Breakfast holiday accommodation for couples, families and senior citizens. Predominantly B & B but evening meals are available Mon to Thurs, June to October. All bedrooms are EN-SUITE.

Our guest house is ideally situated adjacent to the promenade, close to the Pleasure Beach, South Pier, Sancastle Water Park, Shops, Cafes, etc. Convenient for Blackpool South Shore Rail Station & Blackpool Airport.

A short tram or bus ride, or a pleasant seafront stroll takes you into Blackpool Centre for the famous Blackpool Tower, excellent shopping and many other attractions.

Location

When approaching end of M55 follow signs for South Shore/Pleasure Beach Coach and Car Parks which brings you along Yeadon Way. Turn right at second mini roundabout, which takes you alongside ALDI Superstore. Turn left on to Waterloo Road, over the rail bridge, and right at the roundabout into Lytham Road. Look for TESCO on your left, then a Wetherspoon pub called the Auctioneer and take your next turning left at Mario's. This is Shaw Road, and we are on the righthand side. If approaching from the promenade on the sea front, with the Pleasure Beach on your right hand side, head in a northerly direction, passing McDONALD'S and YATES'. Turn right just after Yates' and this is Shaw Road.
