    With a modern kitchen and workspace yet intimate learning environment, Chef Marcella offers a variety of courses where students can choose the menu of dishes they will create or enroll in one of the courses specializing in Tuscan cuisine, seasonality of Italian cuisine or Italian wines. Students are involved in every aspect of the course. A very hands-on cooking school where you work together with Chef Marcella to create traditional Italian dishes, Italian regional specialties or put your own interpretation into the dishes you are learning.
