  • Description

    Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations:
    * You will be responsible to participate and to animate in all the daily activities in the swimming pool and on the beach
    * Represent GGG and the hotel in a professional manner at all times
    * Interact with the guests (children and adults) in a professional manner on a regular basis (while on and off duty).
    * Facility and disposition of time to learn the choreographies for the different dances and shows as well as dance skills in Jazz and Tropical music.
    * Follow all rules and regulation set out by GGG and the Hotel
    * A knowledge and experience of different sports activities such as aerobics, volleyball, basketball, etc.
    * You are required to hostess in the restaurants on alternating days.
    * You are required to open and close the activities centre on alternating days.
    * You will participate in the daily activities in the swimming pool, gym, and on the beach.

    Flight Details:
    You must have money available to pay for your flight from your country to the destination. Please do not apply if you cannot pay for your flight. Your return flight cost is fully covered after the completion of your contract.

    Transportation from Airport to Hotel:
    Transportation from to airport to the hotel will be arranged and discussed with you before you arrive, however this resort usually will pick you up.

    Visa Information:
    The resort will file all the necessary documents for your Visa (FM3) once you arrive. The first transaction of your FM-3 is on your behalf and will be deducted from your first months' pay.

    Application Requirements:

    Required Documents:
    You need a current and passport and birth certificate (translated into Spanish), a tourist visa (you will get this when you arrive at the airport), official ID, and your school diploma or degree.

    Uniforms: Day uniforms: 1 gafette, 3 t-shirts, 3 short
    Night uniforms: 2 gala t-shirts, 2 pants
    You need to bring: Swimsuits, black shoes, black pants/caprice/skirt, black blouse/shirt, towels, sport shoes (sneakers).

    Employer Notes:
    We now are hiring new members for our Sports & Entertainment team in Manzanillo, Mexico. This is an invitation to join our fantastic team, while enjoying our beautiful, warm climate in sunny Mexico!

    We are currently hiring Entertainer/dancers sports team members.

    Typical day: begins at 9am. Member of the Sports Team participate in activities with the guests such as beach volley ball, bike tour, soccer, snorkelling, etc. Choreographers run rehearsals all day for the nightly show, as well as prepare new choreography. Everyone participates in Water Aerobics at noon every day.

    Activities/rehearsals finish up between 5 and 7pm. In the evening all the
    Animators participate in the nightly shows, (for example, "Comedy Show", "Tropical Show", "Flash Cabaret"). This takes place from 9pm until 10:30pm.
    Nightly contests take place at the resort bar which our team hosts from 11:15 until midnight (for example, "Arm Wrestling", "Beer drinking" etc). You are not required to attend every night.

    Our team lives in the resort, in shared villas, with food, drink and maid service fully included. You will live with one or two roommates, in a two bedroom villa, with a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and balcony. We have 6 day work weeks.

    Accommodations:
    The entertainment team lives in the resort in shared villas with food, drink, and maid service fully included. You will live with one or two roommates in a two bedroom villa with a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and balcony.

    Travel Promotions:
    This is one of the only resorts that will take their best workers on promotional trips around Mexico and the USA and Canada, trips are always paid for by the resort.

    Phone & Internet Access:
    You will have access to a phone and you will be allowed to have internet access while you are off-duty.

    Payment Structure:
    You will be paid every 15 days.

    Hours:
    The working schedule regularly will be from 9:00am to around 5:00 or 7:00 pm and then again from 9:00pm to 11:15pm daily with one day off weekly, times may chance depending on groups that are at the resort, they may require you to work later or start earlier sometimes

    Days off:
    One day off per week

    Vacation Time:
    You will have one week vacation after one year of employment.

    This is a physically demanding job and all-inclusive resorts require clean cut, physically fit individuals to represent the resort.

    This is a 6-month contract for those applying within North America and an 8 month contract for those applying outside of North America.
