Job Description: My Client needs to have on board German Speaking, Senior IT Professionals in Frankfurt, Germany in order to create a CE strategy. Currently I am looking at approx. 17 people, which can start supporting in projects on a full time basis (Permanent). Target would be to have them joining in the last quarter of this year or first quarter of the new fiscal year.

The profile should be:
* Business Process Re-engineering
* Project management experience (5 years and above in IT projects in the Financial Services Space)
* Business spaces would be Private Wealth Management (Corporate Banking), Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, Core Banking and Transaction Banking.

The intention is to create a team from scratch that can initiate and lead projects and by this develop new programs for the Client and their customers.

What they need is:
* Candidates with extensive Retail / Private banking experience.
* Candidate should have spent enough time in a consulting / project / program management role is crucial.
* You should have the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of processes, client issues within the retail / private banking areas.
* Experience in business process improvement, regulation and compliance, payments, channels, loans & mortgages, investment & advisory and wealth management.
