Duties include: plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, implement operational procedures, control inventory, respond to customer complaints, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, recruit and hire staff, train staff, supervise staff. Must be customer service oriented.
Requirements and Comments:
* Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
* Experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
