* Responsible for planning and coordinating activities to provide orderly development and improve operating efficiency. Coordinate scheduling, conduct analysis of project requirements and coordinate analysis of operational data such as project time frame requirements and workers schedules.
* Lead assigned project tasks in client facing setting, ensuring the day-to-day assignments are completed. Interface with internal and external parties to facilitate project scheduling, travel, process, procedure and reporting.
* Monitor cross work stream project status/deliverable and timeliness, notify management and the President when issues arise and take corrective actions, as needed. Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials. Document activities and develop feedback report to communicate project findings and activities to collaborators and other involved and develop reports and other deliverable as assigned by management and the President.
* Collect information on projects, compile information in a format that gives visibility of schedule, costs, and update and track this information weekly to give management near real-time visibility of status on all projects.
* Provide reports of project data in two forms within this project administration database, spreadsheet summary as well as a project schedule maintained weekly.
* Develop, coordinate, and implement tasks associated with strategic, client facing projects and the work relating to the project management.
* Lead and facilitate assigned team activities such as team meetings, project reporting, and contract deliverable. Assist management and the President in planning activities to assure contract deliverable and projects are produced timely and in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
Salary: Stipend within first 3 months with further job employment.
* Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Management (or its U.S. equivalent) or a related field.
