Job Description: A successful, expanding document storage and conversion company is actively pursuing several mergers and acquisitions. To facilitate these transactions they are seeking a CFO experienced in these areas. Initially this post will be part time, evolving to a full time equity position. Approximately 10% travel is involved.

Initial salary will be based on accomplishments. When converted to a full time position, complete benefits available and salary up to USD 100K/year.

Qualifications

* Solid management background in mergers and acquisitions. Tax experienced preferred.

* minimum BA with mergers and acquisitions background plus some management experience. Tax knowledge is an asset.
