Job Description:
Growing and recession resistant manufacturing company is seeking the immediate recruitment of a Manager Sales and Business Development for either the Vaughan, Ontario or Niagara Falls, New York locations. This key position works along the President to develop policies, objectives and programs for marketing and sales activities with a focus in long term and strategic plans for growth. Along with geographical areas special emphasis will be on the development of the Middle East and Asian markets. Working with other marketing managers, consultants and agents on marketing and sales issues and development plans is essential.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience coupled with an engineering / automotive background.
* Sales experience with a proven success in expanding, developing business and retaining clients through cultivating strong relationships is desirable.
* Preference in automotive, procurement and international marketing is sought.
* Travel is required to key customers and the successful candidate must maintain a valid passport.
