    Description:

    - Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide Remote Desktop Support, Printer Support as well as Jr. System Administration.
    - Skillful with troubleshooting and working with all Windows Operating Systems: XP, Understanding of troubleshooting AD, Exchange, laptop imaging, networking hardware and basic XP troubleshooting/utilities, Video equipment, routers, switches, networking and TCP/IP configurations with a network environment that has multiple VLANS, Resolve and close tickets,
    - Respond to all end user support issues escalated from the Help Desk, Remotely diagnoses and resolves requests utilizing remote tools, Install software applications as needed, Support on desktops, laptops, Palm PDA's & smart phones, peripherals, printers, etc., Image and configure systems including additional hardware/software requests.
    - Performs new employee set-ups and migrations, Documents all end-user interactions in incident management system, Update Knowledge Base as needed.

    Environment:

    Total Number users will be between 18 24 total.

    Most of the users will either be in the Windsor Office, working from home or in the offices in Germany and Spain - Munich and Madrid.

    All of the other work would be done via remote access into the users computers, Or sending out a computer over night.

    Individual would have to be flexible to report on-site at Windsor office as well as work from home as needed.
