* Customer Care contact with clients via phone calls and e-mails
* Preparing individual holiday offers
* Managing customer requests with the partner on destination
* Follow up clients online bookings
* Collection Checking payments before start of holidays

We Require: combination of 2 languages required, possibility:

* Strong team player
* Flexibility (possible shifts routine and some of the weekends)
* Excellent communications skills
* good MS knowledge
