    Job Description: Main purpose of job - Support the Site and/or Project Manager in the contractual administration of the projects. This key position requires a highly motivated individual with good contractual experience, capable of acting on his own initiative to protect the interests of the company.

    Principle duties:
    * Take charge of commercial management and administration of all contracts relating to the project.
    * Ensure that all contractors and/or consortium partners are fully compliant with their contractual obligations.
    * Timely manage, notify and administrate claims and non-budgeted costs.
    * Prepare and issue regular and comprehensive reports.
    * Identify all actual and/or anticipated expenditure risks & opportunities.
    * Provide contractual and/or commercial support for other team members in pursuance of their duties.

    Location & Contract duration: According to Projects

  • Qualifications

    Skills Required:

    We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

    - Preferably a Degree in an engineering or commercial discipline although a proven experience in contracts/commercial may be considered.
    - Fluent in English (oral & written)
    - Previous working experience in the management of mechanical, electrical, civil or services contracts
    - In-depth commercial knowledge of contractual terms and conditions in the construction industry
    - Planning, Organization, Negotiation & Presentation skills
    - Cultural Differences Awareness and Team Players

    - French: Good
