The client is one of the leading shared services companies with locations world wide. They provide costumer services, data management, It, supply chain management and consultancy services for other multinational organizations in several industries.
They have their offices based across Asia, Europe, Australia, Americas and Africa and have over 100 locations globally.
For their operation in Germany, there are looking for number of Spanish Customer Service Representatives.
The role:
- Handle clients' calls, emails, letters, faxes, chat and forums from end-users, dealers, resellers as well as business customers
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues
- Suggest improvements to or creation of new knowledge-base articles based on developing trends and resolved customer issues
