Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales for designated territory, by acquiring and penetrating accounts at a level consistent with company goals
- Provides strategic leadership and expertise in product acquisition and procurement.
- Leads the development, execution, and evaluation of purchasing practices
- Responsible for developing long lasting partnerships with customers overseas (Latin America mostly) to supply and manage their MRO procurement
- Coordinate logistics and transportation services for the customers.
- Establish and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers with the objective of supplying and managing their Supplies procurement.
- Develop and implement account acquisition and penetration strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals,
- Prepare project proposals and material/equipment bid requests.
- Identify and target selling activities toward individuals who can initiate an order or influence a buying decision.
Salary: Stipend within first 3 months with further job employment.
Position Requirements:
* Aggressive sales attitude, self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and desire to win.
* Have the ability to position the company products and services, as a strategic advantage for our customers. Must be able to clearly articulate business drivers, balance sheets, and total cost of ownership concepts with executives and decision makers.
* Ability to identify, establish, and expand relationships with key contacts and decision makers within each customer organization.
* Strong ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, determine appropriate approach and provide solutions
* Results driven - documented success in exceeding sales goals or objectives is a must.
* Strong process discipline ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop territory revenue.
* Experience in developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience is highly desired.
* Potential 10-30% travel
* Microsoft office is a must
