You do not need to be a teacher or to have teaching experience to be a Conversation Partner. You just need to meet with your group each day (up to 20 hours each week) and converse in English with them. It's fun and rewarding. Put in a few hours each day literally talking.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Sharing your language with your group for at least 20 hours a week. The schedule can be arranged in advance or upon arrival.
* Using GeoVisions' teaching materials, your free subscription to the online ESL Lounge along with your creativity, provide creative, fun and informative language sessions.

Put in a few hours each day literally talking. The rest of your time is spent traveling and experiencing the culture of Costa Rica in depth. "Meet" the group you will tutor in advance through email and phone calls. Each business or organization is interviewed and carefully screened by in-country staff.
Volunteering as a Conversation Partner in Costa Rica is a once in a lifetime experience. Normally you will have weekends free to experience the culture by traveling.
