We propose 8 different programmes:
1) French cooking + intensive French
Length of the programme: 12 weeks including per week 15 hours French lessons and 15 hours hands on cooking classes.
All the week-ends free, and you have 1 week holidays to visit France, during that week we offer the accommodation on the Resort.
2) French pastry + intensive French
Length of the programme: 12 weeks including per week 15 hours French lessons and 15 hours hands on pastry classes.
All the week-ends free, and you have 1 week holidays to visit France, during that week we offer the accommodation on the Resort.
3) French and European wines + intensive French
Length of the programme: 12 weeks including per week 15 hours French lessons and 15 hours French and European wines.
All the week-ends free, and you have 1 week holidays to visit France, during that week we offer the accommodation on the Resort.
Each week you will have wine tastings and the visit of a wine cellar .
4) Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French
Length of the programme: 12 weeks including per week 15 hours French lessons and 15 hours fine dining food and beverage courses.
All the week-ends free, and you have 1 week holidays to visit France, during that week we offer the accommodation on the Resort.
During this program you will have: one month wines lessons, one month cooking and pastry hands on classes and one month Service lessons and practice.
5) French cooking + intensive French + 5 months training period in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France. The internship will be provided by the school.
6) French pastry + intensive French + 5 months training period in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France. The internship will be provided by the school.
7) French and European wines + intensive French + 5 months training period in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France. The internship will be provided by the school.
8) Fine dining food and beverage + intensive French + 5 months training period in a luxury Hotel restaurant in France. The internship will be provided by the school.

The European students don't need any visa!!
- All the formations are conducted in English
- English Level suggested: 600 points TOEIC, 550 Points TOEFL
