Frontier's Ethical Adventure Trails take in the most amazing historical and natural sights of South America, Central America and South East Asia, as well as a range of adventure sports and activities. You can also take part in teaching or conservation.

SOUTH EAST ASIA

The South East Asia Ethical Adventure Trail takes in some of the most amazing experiences Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia have to offer. Starting in Thailand, this guided grouptrek visits many of the main historical and archaeological sights in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pai and Kanchanaburi, as well as some white water rafting Moving on to Cambodia, the trail visits Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, including the world-famous Angkor Wat temple complex. Volunteers can also take part in teaching work with some of Cambodia's disadvantaged children. Finally, the trail visits Vietnam, taking in the sights of Ho Chi Minh city, Hanoi and Sapa, as well as the breath-taking Halong Bay.

SOUTH AMERICA

The South America Ethical Adventure Trail is a professionally guided group trek that lets volunteers experience many of the most amazing sights of Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. In Ecuador, the trail visits Quito, Riobamba, Cuenca and Montenita, including the Mitad del Mundo and the Podocarpus National Park. Next up is Peru, where the trail heads to Lima and then on to the Incan lost city of Machu Picchu for a truly unforgettable experience. In Bolivia, the trail continues through Copacabana, Coroico and La Paz, and visits two of the world's most amazing natural wonders Lake Titicaca and the Uyuni Salt Flats.

CENTRAL AMERICA

The Central America Ethical Adventure Trail is a professionally guided group trek that lets volunteers experience many of the most amazing sights of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica, while also taking part in adventure sports and even conservation work. The archaeological sights on this tour include the Mayan ruins of Palenque, Tikal and Copan, while adventure sport activities include horse trekking, kayaking, scuba diving, zip-lining and volcano boarding. Volunteers can also give something back by teaching English to kids at a local school and by getting involved in a wildlife conservation project in beautiful Costa Rica.
