  • Description

Help care for cheetah cubs and adults, as you work and play with them under the warm South African sun on this unforgettable project. Soak up South Africa's fascinating melting pot of cultures and make friends with locals around a traditional braai. A trip to the bars, cafés and clubs of nearby Cape Town will add excitement to your trip, and you could even try your hand at horse riding or hiking along the Drakensberg Mountains (extra cost). Nicknamed "The Rainbow Nation", South Africa has something to offer everyone; an exuberant and enjoyable country full of history and culture that will make you want to stay for ever!

    * What Will I Be Doing?

Your 10:00- 6:00 work day includes helping to show visitors around the centre, preparing food and feeding the animals, cleaning and helping to repair the cheetah enclosures. As you become more experienced with the operations of the centre and more confident in dealing with the animals, you may be able to enter the enclosures and work hands on with the cats, forming a deep and unforgettable bond with these magical creatures.
