Fosshotel has only one mature goal and that is to be "friendlier all around Iceland". To reach that goal it is important to have a friendly staff and a group of people all around that are service minded, multitalented and hard working individuals. The core of our job at Fosshotel is communication, with our guest, suppliers, travel agencies, tour operators and last but not least our co-workers. Our annually questionnaires from our guests rate Fosshotel friendliness 96-98% as excellent or good.
