This international banking group are looking for an exceptional Portfolio Advisor, to be based in their Zurich office.

The Senior Portfolio Advisor is asked to proactively service HNW and UHNW clients by providing first class investment advice and portfolio management services on an advisory or discretionary level to institutional and/or high-net worth clients of the Bank. Reporting to the Head of Tailored Portfolio Management Service, you will be expected to provide leadership, advice and guidance in order to assist Private Bankers and Investment Consultants in the sale of the Tailored Portfolio Management Service. To support this you will provide high quality portfolio management and investment advice.

As Senior Portfolio Advisor you can expect to be asked to develop existing client relationships and work with Private Bankers and Investment Consultants to develop new client relationships. Finally in this well paid Swiss job you will have to ensure compliance with all local regulatory policies and to ensure client documentation is complete and investment objectives are clear.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Senior Portfolio Advisor position you will be university education, plus ideally professional qualification i.e. CFA, CFPI, and CIIA etc. You will be able to demonstrate at least five years experience in portfolio management and an excellent knowledge about financial markets, different asset classes and products.

To be selected for this offshore banking job you will need a good understanding of financial markets and portfolio management with the technical expertise and ability to discuss a broad spectrum of asset classes in a credible manner. Lastly you will need to show a proven understanding of the needs of clients and Private Bankers.
