Many visions and diverse voices comprise this unique and progressive program that offers an in depth studio arts and Italian culture education with accredited courses. A key factor that distinguishes Firenze Arti Visive apart from other programs is the emphasis on small classes, interdisciplinary study, creative investigation and individual dialog.
Italy's pre-eminent contemporary artists and scholars teach all courses; they are artists and mentors who are passionate about teaching. More of an artist studio than a school we provide a number of opportunities that will enrich your stay and ensure an experience like no other.
Students get to work in two of the most beautiful and historic palaces located in the historic center of Florence. Our studio facilities are excellent with some very rare and unique equipment. There is ample space in the studio for each student to have a personal space in the studio to experiment and research. As a small program you will be able to leave your supplies and art works set up for the duration of the term.
