    Soak in the rich, spicy Mexican culture while learning from renowned chefs. After a weeklong homestay spend time in Puebla at a prestigious cooking school. Then set off on a culinary travel adventure that introduces you to regional recipes, chocolate-making and traditional cooking methods. After a few days in sunny Veracruz, cook a Mexican feast and run a restaurant in the Polanco neighborhood of Mexico City.
