  • Description

    Orientation in Buenos Aires

Spend 10 days practicing your Spanish language skills in local markets, exploring diverse neighborhoods, and working with local youth to gain a deeper understanding of Argentinean life, contemporary social issues, and artistic traditions. Guided by an Argentinean artist, you visit local galleries, take part in digital photography seminars, participate in a workshop on pinhole photography, and design your own pinhole camera.

    Homestay in Santa Fe

Practice your Spanish language skills, learn how to cook traditional meals, and get together with friends at street-side cafés as you participate in a variety of arts- and service-based group activities during two weeks in the city of Santa Fe.

    Photography and Community Service

Use your creativity and the skills you learned during orientation to conduct a series of pinhole photography workshops with local students at a school for children with developmental
disabilities. At the end of your stay, you and your group organize a community celebration and a collaborative exhibition of your photography in a local art gallery. Return to Buenos Aires to share your photography portfolio and reflect upon your month in Argentina.
