    ELEP Volunteer & Internship Programs is an Experiential Learning Center that offers educational and service learning opportunities across Ecuador in South America/Latin America. ELEP Volunteer & Internship Programs offers students the opportunity to combine academic learning with experiential activities and opportunities beyond their campus. Our experiential and service learning programs include a variety of activities with one common goal "to immerse students in hands-on learning outside the classroom".

    Interning or volunteering abroad are all exciting ways to experience another culture while building professional skills and defining your career interests. Our experiential and service-learning program is a method of teaching, learning and reflecting that combines academic classroom curriculum with meaningful community and professional services. As a teaching and learning methodology, our program falls under the category of experiential education.

    Opportunities for students include:

    * Professional Internship / Training
    - media and journalism (in radio, tv. newspaper, magazine, etc), social work (in non-profit organizations or public institutions), economics (finance, audit, accounting, international trade, etc.), law, arts (in museums, galleries, theatre, etc), human resources, IT (web design, software development, technology consulting, etc.), medicine (in public hospitals and medical NGOs), architecture, civil engineering, marketing, among others.

    * Social and Community Voluntary Work Service
    - healthcare, conservation, organic farming, teaching, construction, micro-enterprise, childcare, elderly care, human rights and legal aid, HIV/AIDS, animal care, veterinary medicine, micro-credit/finance, etc.

    * Spanish Language

    Courses: Intensive and Super - Intensive.

    Levels: Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced.

    Spanish Lessons: Available for individuals (one-on-one) & group (maximum 5 students)

    Our programs start every Monday of the year and applications are welcome up to 4 weeks prior start date.
