ELEP Volunteers offer a diverse number of community projects throughout Ecuador you can be involved. ELEP is committed towards making a difference in local communities at a grass roots level. A community project will enable you to fully immerse yourself within the community, and by the end you will feel like one of the locals. ELEP Volunteers work with several well-established governmental and non governmental organizations in Ecuador devoted to giving small rural or urban communities the tools they need to pull themselves from poverty. Living and volunteering in Ecuador, you could help enrich the lives of Ecuadorian needy people and make a real difference in this part of the world by sharing your skills, your worth and your time.
The main objective of this Ecuadorian community development project is to improve the living conditions for the citizens of these communities. Volunteers will be on the forefront of positive changes to communities that due to various reasons do not have the resources readily available to make living in them comfortable. These types of projects have the potential to create bonds, impressions and friendships that can last a lifetime.
One of our main goals is to promote community awareness and aid Ecuador in its move forward toward development. In order to help Ecuador we work with individuals and teams of volunteers on community projects. Volunteers will assist local organizations and communities members, in both rural and urban projects that focus on community development. Our community development projects includes: children welfare, teaching/education, general conservation, animal welfare, sustainable agriculture, infrastructure and construction, HIV/AIDS, human rights, micro-enterprise, micro-credits, community and ecological tourism, medical-healthcare and nursing, veterinary medicine, etc.
If you are looking for a unique rewarding and affordable volunteer project and placement and have an interest in community aid volunteer projects, then you are invited to live and work side-by-side with local people on life-affirming international service projects and share the goals of a community that warmly welcomes you. Our aim is to provide challenging, meaningful, suitable and quality voluntary work programs to volunteers from all over the world. Our programs are custom-designed for all ages and backgrounds.
Experience the incredible beauty and culture of Ecuador while assisting local organizations, communities and underprivileged people and gaining a deep understanding about the voluntary work service abroad and personal fulfillment.
