Here we can provide you with many opportunities to discover our country along with its beautiful destinations, unique traditions and cultures. We offer special programs such as Business Spanish, Spanish and Medicine and Spanish and Tango as well as customized content courses. We also offer excursions, support services, social and cultural activities, skill workshops such as tango and wine tasting, in addition to local homestays with Argentine students or families. Supplemental services also include internship and volunteer placements to complement courses and provide additional opportunities for linguistic and cultural immersion. At Elebaires you will discover Argentina both inside and outside of the classroom.

During the Elebaires Spanish and Medicine Program, health professionals, faculty, and medical students will develop their Spanish comprehension and communication skills in order to prepare themselves for real-life situations that can occur in their vocational environment. They will learn basic medical Spanish vocabulary, grammatical structures and general language functions in order to become familiar with specific social and health system terms in Spanish. They will also live with a local family and have the option of complimenting their Spanish course with an internship placement in their medical field of choice.

Spanish Course Contents:
* Specific vocabulary regarding prevention, symptoms, diagnosis, diseases, etc.
* Information regarding grammar and the functions of language structures are incorporated into every lesson.
* In order to make the classes more realistic and useful, simulation workshops and role plays will take place as supplementary activities.
* Additionally, students read medical texts and fill out and write medical documentation. Images and videos related to health will also be used in the course.
* General knowledge of Argentina's national health care system. Medicine, nursing and other medical fields of study in Argentina. The public and private health system in Argentina.

* Accommodation: We recommend that students live in a homestay with a local Argentine family in order to achieve true cultural and linguistic immersion while in Argentina and to have as much opportunity to practice Spanish as possible.
* The school can coordinate an internship placement in one of the city´s medical centers in such fields as cardiology, neurology or nephrology specialists, respiratory diseases, general medicine, infectious diseases, and emergency medicine. The minimum time commitment for an internship is 4 weeks.
