The Elebaires Internship Program is the perfect way to complement your Spanish course and gain real professional experience. It is a great way to perfect your language ability while learning about Argentine culture and gaining valuable experience in your field of choice. All Elebaires students are eligible to intern, as we offer placements for students, graduate students and professionals.

During the internship, you will not only contribute to your placement site through your collaborative vocational efforts, you will also learn a substantial amount about Argentine culture and different work environments. Your placement will not only be a place for you to work; most importantly it will be a place for you to learn. Being an intern is an extremely rewarding apprenticeship. You will work closely with professionals from your field in addition to having a specific mentor who will make sure that you have everything you need in order to learn and contribute productively during your internship.

We offer internships in a variety of areas (monthly cost varies depending on placement field), from non-profit organizations to art galleries to international companies and investment firms, and many more. Interning is one of the most effective ways of improving your Spanish while building up your resume and honing your vocational skills. It also works as a catalyst to truly immerse yourself in the local culture.

Qualifications

The Elebaires Internship Program is open to students of all ages worldwide including undergraduate students, college graduates, graduate students and young professionals. In addition, it is open to students who have already progressed in their chosen career path or want to try out a new field.

Requirements include:
* Minimum middle-intermediate Spanish level. If you do not meet the minimum requirements you are more than welcome to take Spanish classes to reach the necessary language competency level. You can then begin your internship after you have achieved this minimum language requirement.
* Must be enrolled in at least a two week Spanish program.
* Complete and submit registration form and internship application.
* Submit brief two page essay describing why you want to intern in Buenos Aires.
* CV/Resume in Spanish and English.
* Placement fee deposit (USD 50.00).
