Nice, quiet and hospitable guesthouse, property of a swiss owner. We are located just a few minutes from downtown Santiago (Providencia) in a quiet residencial area. Our patio invites you to share with other guests or just to relax a while in the hammock.

We have four independent rooms with free access to the garden with private bathrooms and TV Cable. Besides we offer three rooms with shared bathroom, located in the second floor of the house.

Location

Our B & B is located in "Comuna de Providencia", Santiago, in Condell Street. We are just a few blocks from Baquedano Square (or well know "Plaza Italia"), place located in the middle of Santiago. The best way to get to use is the Metro (subway). We are located two blocks away from Metro Bustamante (Line 5). There are also buses and taxis on Bilbao Street, one block away. The neighbourhood from Av. Condell, Italia and Santa Isabel is bloooming with small and exclusive restaurants and bars, which are responsible for part of its charming character.
