Egans Guest House Bed and Breakfast is ideally located on a quiet safe leafy avenue surrounded by Restaurants, Pubs and Shops and an ideal guesthouse for weekend breaks or tracing you Irish roots. It is just off the main bus route from Dublin Airport and 15 minutes walk to the Dublin City Centre. Local bus stops are just up the road and will take you into the heart of Dublin City Centre in minutes.

From the Airport by Bus
Bus Numbers 41/A/B/C
All buses from the Airport pass along the same route. The stop for Egans House is on Drumcondra road just before the Railway Bridge. Directly across from this stop is St. Alphonsus Road: take the 4th right off this road and you will be on Iona Park and Egans House is on your left.

From the Airport by Car
On to the M1 for City Centre. On Drumcondra Road, go over the bridge and turn right after Fagan’s Pub onto Hollybank Road. Follow the road around and take the last left turn on the road which will
be Iona Park. Egans House is on the right.

From the City Centre by Bus
Bus Numbers 13, 19, 19A, 40,40A
From O’Connell Street, going north of the City, take the above bus to Prospect Way. From the bus stop cross over to the traffic island and turn left onto Iona Road (opposite the Fitzsimons Pub/Night Club). The 1st turn left will take you onto Iona Park and Egans House is on your left.

From the City Centre by Car
Continue to the end of O’Connell Street, take a left then 1st right. Continue straight up to the main junction and traffic lights. Turn right at the main traffic lights, following signs for the Airport and you are now on Dorset Street which continues onto Drumcondra Road. Go under the Railway Bridge (at Quinn’s Pub), and take the left turn after the traffic lights, this is Alphonsus Road which leads into Iona Road. Take the 4th right of this road onto Iona Park and Egans House.

From the Ferry Port by Car
Turn right and follow the signs for the Airport. Continue straight through several sets of traffic lights until you come to the end of Clonliffe Road. Turn right at the main traffic lights, (you will see Quinn’s Pub in front of you), continue by this pub and take the 1st left after the pedestrian lights onto Alphonsus Road. Take the 4th right of this road and Egans House is on your left.
