Learn Mandarin Chinese and explore the sights and culture of China at one of the best Chinese schools in the country – the EF International Language Center in Beijing. The EF school is centrally located and shares its modern facilities with an EF language school for Chinese students, so it’s easy to meet the locals and get to know the culture from the inside.

The EF school features modern facilities including comfortable classrooms, modern language labs, a cafeteria and spacious student lounges shared by Chinese and foreign students.

EF Beijing offers courses for students of all levels, from beginner to advanced, for adults and students aged 16 and above. Courses start every Monday and you can stay as long as you’d like, from one or two weeks up to a whole academic year.

Personalize your program by choosing the intensity of your Chinese course and adding special interest classes like extra conversation classes, calligraphy, or tai chi boxing. At EF you can also prepare for the official HSK Mandarin exam, or combine your studies with volunteer work in a social/educational field or in environmental protection.

You can choose to stay in one of EF’s student residences, alongside students from all over the world, in a student apartment, or with a local host family.

EF’s full time activities staff arrange excursions, sports, cultural events and weekend trips so you can get to know the country and the culture like a native and practice your Chinese. Live the language with EF!
