If you are thinking about taking Spanish classes in Ecuador, come to Ecole Idiomas in Quito! Our Spanish school is located in a beautiful house in the middle of the Mariscal where you cannot only study Spanish with one of our experienced teachers but also sit down for a fresh coffee or tea with your fellow students. Of course you can also play ping pong or tabletop soccer during your break.

At Ecole Idiomas we offer private and group classes but also semi-private classes if you prefer studying with one other person. Our teachers will find out about your current Spanish level and adjust the class to your specific needs to achieve the best possible outcome for you. They will focus on grammar and vocabulary but at the same time keep up an interactive conversation and play games with you to make sure you are well prepared for communicating in everyday life. The quality of our Spanish classes is guaranteed by the certifications which we received from the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education. You can decide to study only in Quito or take advantage of our other schools in Puerto Quito, Cuenca and Montanita; studying in these destinations gives you the opportunity to see some of the other great places Ecuador has to offer.

Besides the Spanish classes we offer additional services, such as an emergency number, free Computer access, a weekly welcome cocktail, weekly Salsa classes, weekly cultural excursions within Quito and regular cooking classes.

Besides the Spanish classes, we offer volunteer work in Quito, the Amazon, at the coast and on the Galapagos Islands. You can choose between working in social projects, for instance with street children, as well as with animals or in environmental projects.

Highlights

Our highlight and most famous program is the above mentioned Discover Ecuador program. It is a unique opportunity to not only learn Spanish but also immerse into Ecuador's culture and experience many different places of the country. You will be travelling rather independent but still find a well organized program that allows you to experience the everyday life of your Ecuadorian host family and improve your Spanish.
