EC London was established in 1969 and has an international reputation for delivering high quality English language education in the heart of the city. EC London offers Adult and Exam Preparation Courses that are run by professional and highly-trained teachers. General and Intensive English courses start every Monday whilst Business English and Exam Preparation Courses start on specific dates throughout the year.

The Centre is located in a quiet, pedestrianised street in the central area of Covent Garden very close to 3 major tube stations. EC London was recently refurbished and is a modern, purpose-built training centre with 11 bright and spacious classrooms. EC London offers a student library to aid students further with their English language learning. Students can also avail themselves of free Internet use inside the school. Students can interact with each other in the school's cafeteria which offers a variety of drinks, snacks and meals at very affordable prices and has home cinema facilities.

The weekly social programme is a great way to meet other students and explore the city with an EC staff member. There are also many optional activities that you can attend to explore London and excursions that take you further afield to Oxford, Cambridge and Brighton, or European excursions to the cities of Paris, Bruges and Amsterdam.

Travelling around London is easy and cheap with the famous red buses or the Underground trains known as The Tube. Accommodation options in London are many and varied and are between 5-60 minutes away from the Centre.

Homestays and superior homestays are a favourite option for most students as you get to experience British family life. All homestays are located between 20-60 minutes travel time from EC London. Economy and Superior Residences are also available to suit all budgets. Superior residences are located in Zone 1 of the city, but both types of residences are of a very good standard and offer an international living experience. Alternatively, you can opt for one of the many hotels that are scattered all over the city.
