The Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP) is a leading school in pastry arts located in Yssingeaux, France. Founded in 1984 by the Confédération nationale de la Pâtisserie, its ownership was transferred in 2007 to Alain Ducasse and Yves Thuriès who are considered among the world’s most influential chefs. We have established more than 30 years of experience in passing down quality skills and practices in Chocolate and Confectionery, Bakery, and French Pastry arts.
We offer short and long programs, which are delivered by highly skilled instructors in an environment that utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and quality ingredients. Our classes are taught in French and English. We guarantee our students successful and effective learning through small class sizes, which are limited to 12 participants.
