Stay at Rwanda's First Youth Hostel -The Discover Rwanda Youth Hostel - Kigali - Rwanda's Capital City - just off the Boulevard de L'umuganda.

The Discover Rwanda Youth Hostel is a project initiated to support the work of Aegis Trust in Rwanda, the NGO and charity who established the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre in partnership with the Kigali City Council and continue to manage the centre and its programmes.
Funds generated from the hostel will support the Education Programme and the Social Programmes - supporting survivors of the genocide.

What we offer is a number of very nice rooms, with hot water for showers and internet available. The hostel boast a bar where you can buy drinks and are able to cater for meals at an affordable rate.

The property has a large garden which overlooks Rwanda's green hills

We are located exactly in the quite and secure area of Kacyiru, headquarter of Rwandan Government's Ministries, embassies and high commission as well as different hotels, banks, restaurants, clubs and is a quiet and secure area.

The hostel has excellent transport links by foot, bus, car or motorbike.
