In this specialization offered on the Lucerne Campus, you will develop advanced skills in baking and pastry, from traditional Swiss pastry through today's modern recipes and trends in plated desserts. You will also learn to prepare and present advanced chocolate and confectionery.
The programme runs over two terms (22 weeks) and includes foreign language instruction plus a six-month paid internship in Switzerland. This Certificate is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.
Located in Switzerland, the Culinary Institute is placed right at the heart of several European culinary traditions, including the classics - Italian and French. The programme will develop your appreciation in European culinary philosophies, skills, traditions and modern trends.
