About PGDCA
If your goal is to enter the food industry with a post-graduate level qualification then CAI's PGDCA is the only answer. Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts (PGDCA) is the first specialization course available for hotel, catering, hospitality and culinary graduates in India. This two semester (One -year) program will help prepare you to enter the ever demanding culinary industry by developing and fine tuning your culinary and business skills.

Graduates in hotel, hospitality, catering and culinary streams from a recognized University.
Course commencement
June /July every academic year.

Duration of the course
One year full time (2 semesters of 16 weeks each).
Mode of selection
- All India written examination to be conducted at Hyderabad.
- Group Discussion / Personal Interview.
- Trade Test (3 course Continental menu comprising of a starter, soup and main course).
