    CIMBA, The Consortium Institute for Management and Business Analysis, is an intensive Masters of Business Administration program located in Asolo, Italy.

    The CIMBA experience uses neuro and bio-feedback technology and certified leadership development coaches, to develop technical management skills and emotional-behavioral skills that fully enhance the participants' leadership abilities. In addition to leadership behavior, CIMBA provides extensive knowledge and process skills including applicable real world experience to help create some of the world's finest business graduates.

    Although CIMBA is located in Italy, it is comprised of 33 American universities committed to international education known as The Consortium of Universities.

    All 33 universities are Carnegie Foundation extensive research universities; 18 are listed as the top undergraduate programs according to US News and World Report including 4 of the top 25 top international business program; and 3 of the top MBA programs according to the Wall Street Journal. The structure of the Consortium allows it to draw from the best that the member universities have to offer in terms of faculty and resources. The Consortium of Universities emphasizes the importance of developing an understanding and appreciation of diversity in culture and perspective.

    CIMBA students will successfully complete a rigorous program including critical managerial thinking, decision-making, and problem solving skills development (KT), international consulting projects, personal and professional development courses, plant and executive visits, focused learning modules, certificate programs in SAP, KT Project management, six sigma and language skills development. Upon completion of the program, CIMBA students will receive their AACSB accredited MBA degree from the University of Iowa's highly regarded Tippie School of Management.
