About Community Empowerment Programs Inc.

Community Empowerment Programs Inc. (CEPI) was co-founded August 2008 as a Charitable Organization. We provide grassroots organizing, community outreach, and education for youth, adults, and families. Our local target-base is Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Saratoga New York also known as the Capital District. We are committed to developing and implementing meaningful programs of significance. CEPI has been involved in several national advocacy initiatives through our volunteer and partnership efforts to aid and assist youth through socio-economic development. We also provide International services & support through our civic, community, and NGO initiatives in host-countries with a focus on empowering target communities of under-represented and high-need children, youth, and families.
