Internship Description: During this internship you will be under the guidance of the Chef working in different sections of the kitchen as well as in the dining room in direct contact with the clients.

Host Organization Description: Medium sized restaurant located in the Eixample neighbourhood in Barcelona, in the city centre. This restaurant offers Spanish cuisine prepared with high quality products at a competitive price.

Highlights

Internship Objective: In the professional field you will be able to acquire knowledge about the local cuisine, the treatment of the products and specific recipes. Additionally, since the restaurant is located in the city centre, you will be able to easily get acquainted with the city.

Qualifications

General Requirements: To be able to apply for this internship you need to have studies and/or experience in the Gastronomy field, initiative, responsibility and willingness to learn.

Language Requirements: Intermediate level of Spanish and English, other languages will be appreciated.
