Description

Your host organization is a hotel chain in Barcelona. Each of the six hotels count with more than 621 bedrooms and convention rooms for more than 600 people. The hotels are 3 and 4 stars ones. The internship hotel has 91 bedrooms, a bar-terraza and is a 4 stars hotel.

Highlights

As an intern you will work close to the chef in the different sectors of the kitchen. Besides you will get used to working with the cooling chamber, fish, meat, and be in charge of the preparation of feasts and the confectionery.

Qualifications

To apply for this gastronomy internship you must have experience in cooking. Working experience is not required but you need practical experience. Your Spanish level must be intermediate at least.
