Description

Your host organization will be a hotel chain with 6 hotels in Barcelona. The hotels have more than 621 bedrooms and convention rooms for more than 600 people. The internship hotel is a 3 stars one and has 157 bedrooms.

Highlights

During the internship you'll work with the chef and in the diferent sectors of the kitchen. You will get to know working with the cooling chamber, fish, meat, the preparation of feasts and the confectionary.

Qualifications

For this gastronomy internship you require practical experience in cooking. Working experience is not necesary. Intermediate level of Spanish is a must.
