Usually involve constant interaction with all levels of employees from all departments, as well as with clients and agents. The Administration area allows you to assist staff and learn the day to day challenges of serving a diverse clientele. Projects on this area are based on the organizations needs and requirements and are assigned to you according to your skills and interests.
