Cogens multilingual translation project management services require a team of Project Coordinators to process client requests and lead projects from quotation to delivery.
The Project Coordinator Interns mission is to assist a team of Project Coordinators in their operational tasks.
Through this mission, Cogen aims to provide Interns with a growing experience through personal development, within a professional environment meeting their aspiration.
Tasks
Further to a 2-week introductory training period, the Project Coordinator Intern will assist Project Coordinators in handling operational tasks, according to the applicable ISO working procedures and standards of service.
Under the coaching of a Team Leader, the Project Coordinator Intern will work directly with Project Coordinators, assuming responsibility for any of the following:
- Ensure project data updates in the Project Management System
- Process files through CTM (Cogens Translation Memory system) at various project steps (pre-translation, post-translation validation, pre-review, post-review validation, review analysis)
- Manage translator contacts and task scheduling
- Handle internal file validation and post-review corrections
In addition, based on his/her skill level, the Project Coordinator Intern may also be invited to handle DTP work. According to his/her motivation and development, additional opportunities may be presented, either in terms of training and/or tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a professional and respectful mind-set in all contacts with internal and external project contributors.
- Respect working hours as detailed in the Company Rules and demonstrate flexibility on an as needed basis.
- Ensure that his/her workplace environment remains clean and that all equipment is handled with care.

Its client base is made up of major international companies based in the US and Europe. Cogen's team is made up of 40 employees, with average age of 33.
We offer an opportunity for Master students to join the Cogen team as Project Coordinator Interns for 3-6 months (starting anytime). International Internships benefit from an allowance of EUR 400,- /month and relocation assistance.
Under the coaching of an accomplished Team Leader, you will assist a team of Project Coordinators to take up such responsibilities as running projects operational processes and handle supply-side project management (translator contacts and assignments).
